1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScrapeTra (www.scrapetra.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ScrapeTra is a B2B lead generation platform that scrapes publicly available business data, verifies email addresses via MX record checks, and delivers CSV exports to paying customers.

3. Account & API Key

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or UK bank transfer.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£). Current price: £35 per lead package.
• Payments are non-refundable once the CSV has been delivered.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Usage

Lead data delivered through ScrapeTra is sourced from publicly available directories and websites. You agree to use this data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR, PECR, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.
• Resell or redistribute scraped data without modification.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of PECR or CAN-SPAM.

6A. CAN-SPAM Compliance

ScrapeTra complies with the US CAN-SPAM Act. All outreach emails sent through our platform include our physical address, a clear sender identification, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honoured within 24 hours. For unsubscribe requests, email unsubscribe@scrapetra.com.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Nanoclone Systems. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScrapeTra is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data accuracy, delivery delays, or business losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
